Some renovation work a bit annoying at the time, but the staff is really pleasant

Very good hotel except for the access through a tiny staircase to get to the upper floors.

A bit loud because the windows are not great...

The worse value for money I’ve ever seen. It is mandatory to renovate the common areas (hallways, staircases) and the single rooms that can be thought to be student rooms or garrets. Indeed, stickers on the walls are not enough to hide the shabbiness and the lack of standing of the rooms. Add also a narrow bathroom and in terrible condition, the construction work noises, a TV with only 2 French channels, a failing wifi connection... Only positive point, the closeness with the subway station.

Staircase too narrow, no lift

A shame. 149 euros a night without breakfast and the taxes for a tiny room and unbearable noise. Probably the loudest hotel in Paris (and I'm used to Parisian hotels for the last 30 years). Avoid it!

Impossible to access the wifi. Such a narrow stair case that you almost fell down with your suitcase each and every time. TV: only international channels except for Canal+ Ac not working Overpriced for an over 100 euro room

An address to remember, only big issue : no soundproof with the outside for a room giving onto the street and the metro station Saint Paul. Too bad.

There are 2 drawbacks, we were on the square and the metro side, the noise of the escalator was a bit disturbing in the evening but it's all relative as we slept very well. The bedding is comfy. And the second was the TV, we only had 3 French channels and 2 out of these 3 had sad or depressing movies on! Otherwise I can confirm you shouldn't travel with big suitcases for the staircase as it is narrow but very fun even more if you are dressed up for the night. Perfect for tourists or professionals as the metro station Saint Paul is facing the hotel

Nice and clean hotel located right in front of the subway station Saint Paul. Only small issue: the 5 floors without an elevator and a narrow hallway for the luggage

The 6th floor is indeed hard to reach, but without any luggage, it's possible! Perfect location, very welcoming staff, nothing to say!

Hello, I don't know if there was a problem with your heater but it was really way too hot in the room and I didn't feel like sleeping with the window open. Please fix your thermostat. Otherwise, nothing to declare, everything went well

Hello, we would like to point out some shutters are necessary on the windows because the outside light is very strong (room 11, 1st floor), not to mention the noise!!!! With at least blind, there would be less light and noise. Otherwise, the stairs going up is not made for big luggage; thankfully we were only on the first floor. Everything else was OK. Regards. Pascal
