Very good welcome, seems to be just like the pictures and nice. Only the dish available and the couch weren't very clean ; these were the only 2 negative points during our stay.

The terms of sale are too complicated and I was charged a 45 euro penalty fee as I was late meeting the agents. On top of that, no "Hotel" or "Helzear" sign at the entrance of the building, no reception, no room number.
