Room 401
The heat quality should be fixed
If possible a little (toothbrush and toothpaste)
Place a flyer with different phone numbers (reception, restaurant, rates...)
The online discount is a great idea.
We live in Paris and enjoyed this discount to discover the hotel. Now, we can recommend it to our friends coming to Paris.
The design is cute... AUBERT R. (Belgium)

Stylish hotel, perfectly located, very nice, but should not be book full fare as the price can change from 499 euro a night to 99 euros a night. The value for money being perfect with the discount and way too much with full rate. Gaël J. (Belgium)

Just a few rooms in this hotel, perfectly located for people wanted to discover the main attractions of Paris (500m from the Arc de triomphe, 2 metro stations close by) in a quiet street !
Small drawbacks : we ear the people in the room next doors and this hotel is getting old... Laetitia M. (France-Ile de France)

6/10 for the comfort : the bathroom was not right, the details in the room and the bathroom, neighbors slamming the doors shut, 6/10 for services offered : no "light catering" Aurelia D. (France-Ile de France)

Nice hotel, I benefited from the web discount, but the regular price is 399€ for a tiny room with a view onto the people across the street just a few yards away. There's a jacuzzi in the bathroom but the toilets are not in a different room and there are no doors between the bathroom and the bedroom... A bit disappointed with the hotel. However, the staff and the quality of the breakfast is great, very good! JEAN MICHEL V. (France-Picardy)

Couldn't get a hot chocolate in the evening.
Concerning the room with Jacuzzi : really pathetic!! This is a basic bubble bath (nothing very terrific)
No wall socket in the room to charge your mobile phone!!!
Really disappointing for a hotel! Mathieu A. (France-Ile de France)

I booked the "last minute" special discount
Luxury room with a jacuzzi (normal rate 599€, I had it for 102€ with the discount). I believe the only word that could qualify my stay would be "deception". We arrived at the reception desk, I paid and we went upstairs. Concerning the overall atmosphere of the hotel, nothing to say : the common areas are clean, nicely decorated, the doors of the rooms are wood and are sculpted. We could really thing we would have a romantic night in a romantic place. When we got in front of the door to our room we had the bad surprise to see it was the only classic door (the kind of door that would be used for an emergency exit...). The room was not next to the other ones : we really had the feeling to have been put in a closet. Once we got in, there was indeed a jacuzzi, but the decor and the quality of the room had nothing to do with the luxurious photos promoting the room : narrow, walls and furniture stained, impacts of I don't know what in the jacuzzi, bed cover with a terrible smell of a wet dog... A nice brochure summing up the service of the room with instead of the price ... a simple piece of paper stuck on it! I really feel like I've been ripped off!!! When I went back downstairs to get some explanations, the person told me the hotel was full and there couldn't give us another room... Of course!!!! And of course we didn't meet anyone the next morning for breakfast... And on top of all that, when my girlfriend went downstairs and also asked, she was told "You know for a 99€ room...!" Tactless for a 3 star hotel to say the price to a woman! I truly do not recommend this hotel if you want to surprise your wife with a romantic weekend... Idylia S. (France-Poitou Charentes)

I asked for a Jacuzzi in the room but I had a balneo tub not a jaccuzi. I was disappointed as I came here before and was pleased with the big size of the jaccuzi and not the tub for 1, even more that we were 2 people and mostly because of the rate of the room. Hamza E. It's very badly located, awake at 6 AM as the garbage truck is awfully loud, we can hear traffic a lot. An investment in double glazed windows is necessary, all the more as you can afford it with the rates charged for the rooms. Mirella P. (France-Ile de France)
