Booked a triple room, we had a double room with a terrible extra bed that folding back on itself, and our bed base was creaking.
A shame the bedding was so bad compared to the rate of the room. Moreover, no discount on the price of the room. Mario C. (France-Midi Pyrénées)

The quadruple room (29) can not welcome our luggage, wallpaper full of stains and rings. TV out of order and too close to the beds so you can't see anything!
The bathroom and the toilets are 2feet x 7feet wide, so to get in, the door opens only a foot wide. Water leaks under the washbasin, reported, but nothing was done to fix it!!!
At 9:30 AM, we got comments at breakfast, because the service ends at 10 AM. Who is the client here??? There was 30 minutes left!! When we checked out, we had a bill where they "forgot" to deduct the deposit.
We asked to get a taxi; we saw an unmarked van coming to pick us up. We ask for some explanations, and we were told that this is a taxi, and if we are not happy it will leave. Of course the time to get another van, there were only 20 minutes left to get to the airport. And of course, the guy asked for cash and no receipt. 50 euros right in his pocket. Except for that, everything could have been great!!! Hotel to avoid!!

We booked a quadruple family room, we got 2 non adjacent rooms with one without toilets and the other with the foot of the box spring that fell down when I laid down on the bed... moreover, awaken at 4 AM because of very loud clients and we had to keep order ourselves. NICOLAS M. (France-Aquitaine)
