Heat turned off when we got in the room
The bathroom has a terrible heatproof, not heated it was freezing
Dirty carpet with holes in it... in a room that was said to have been renovated (room 1)

The price shown on the doors of the hotel is overpriced compared to the rate paid online, which is closer to the services offered. The rooms are more like a good 2 stars than 3 stars. Wafik A. (Egypt)
