No heat in the room : I was told it is normal, it is all controlled together. Still it was about 60°F in the room.
Very uncomfortable bed, small 2 inches pillow top on an old mattress... that's not enough !
The staff at the reception was nice and helpful, the staff at the restaurant was something else... SAAID B. (Belgium)
