Very clean and comfortable hotel, lobby, lifts, bathrooms, all perfect. Every member of the staff we met while we stayed there was very polite and helpful. The breakfast room is nicely decorated. shower in an open space (no walls : don't even think of coming back there after the shower (it needs to dry!)
The telephone was dusty : when was the last time a rag was used?
Staff at the reception desk: nice. Others (breakfast, cleaning) still try to get motivated.
Concerning the breakfast : perfunctory buffet for 12 euros. I've tried it once, but not the next morning... Odile D. (France-DOM/TOM)

Cozy hotel, perfectly located right by the tube and the train station of Lyon.

Not heated bathroom
The wardrobe door doesn't open the right way
On a faucet, the hot button turns on the left (as it should be), while the other one turns on the right
