You must do something about the soundproof!!!

No free wifi in the rooms even if it was said so on the booking website. No lift for the 5th floor. Very nice lady at the reception but very unhappy staff for breakfast. Spoiled egg served for breakfast!!!! Unacceptable HOU Y. (France-Midi Pyrénées)

A bit too expensive for the service (outdated TV, water leaks). The 7 euro breakfast is a rip off. On the other hand, very nice reception, quiet room on the courtyard side. VINCENT R. (France-Upper Normandy)

No soundproof. Very loud, not from the street but from the interior staircase and the very thin walls. We hear people talking with a normal voice in the rooms next door as well as travellers going up and down the stairs... We could sleep in the lobby it would just be the same.
Single room barely 90 sq. feet.
Terrible carpet, no shutters.
Persistent sewer smell in the teeny tiny bathroom (impossible for big people)
Tooth glass starts making bubbles when we fill it with water. At least it has been washed...
