Quaint and smells like old but you forget it after a while, because it feels like not clean when it's not the case. Therefore, it feels expensive, even more when you spent the previous night in a Ibis hotel for 65 euros a night in Caen. josette r. (France-Alsace)

The bathroom wall wasn't very still.
There should be a big towel per person. An extra toilet paper

Impossible to use the wardrobe where the back is actually the wall of the shower : plaster too damp... Towels not so white anymore...

The bed was in a terrible condition ; there was a hole on the bow spring that was touching the floor, strong tobacco smell, doors of the showers not fixed. Hard to find the access to the parking lot. But kind staff. Jean-François P. (France-Alsace)

The condition of the room is totally different from the pictures shown online. Rooms not well cleaned (crumbs left, stains on the bathroom floor). Power without even being warned. Access to the parking lot really difficult (major risk to bang your car on the walls) Marc R. (Canada)

Small rooms, wouldn't be good for a long stay, but perfect for a transfer... Excellent value for money and very convenient location facing the gare du nord. Very pleasant reception any time of the day. I didn't try the breakfast 'cause I left too early in the morning. Hervé D. (France-Midi Pyrénées)

Room not as pleasant as we expected with the photos. Tiny lobby, no lounge. Kind but not very elegant staff. The worse: the breakfast room, in an underground cave, no airing, very humid, where you'll be with carts filled with dirty laundry... Only good point: facing the Gare du Nord, when you have to catch an early train. Bad value for money guillaume k. (France-Rhone Alpes)

The heat almost didn’t work, not even an extra blanket, the shower is unsatisfactory, I would not recommend this hotel Answer from Hotel Richmond Sir, you should have asked for an additional heating or a blanket at the reception.
