There was a warm welcome and the staff was service minded in a way rarely found in Parisian hotels.
The hotel is really perfectly located to visit a loved one while he is hospitalized at the Pitie Salpetriere. It is also located close to the Jardin des Plantes and the metro station Saint Marcel. El Khalil O. (Switzerland)

We stayed five nights at a quadriple room (suite)which we found clean, comfortable and even surprisingly spacious by Parisian standards. Of-course, not like the ones you may be used to in the USA where you would expect a fridge, a kitchenette, a microwave and coffee service. Staff are welcoming, patient and available to help. Hotel neighbourhood was safe and rather clean with handful of cafes and restaurants withing short walking distance. Mass transit was also nearby. They have a nearby indoor parking garage (paid separately)which we used for our car. One thing, though, that seemed odd: the manager insisted that I had to pay for WIFI, even when it was written ink on paper in my booking receipt that it was free. He charged me next to nothing (one Euro per day)which was both upsetting for me and unfortunate for him to break the rules for peanuts.
All in all, I would recommend the hotel and would still say that the staff were nice and helpful. Even the manager got me paying for the "undue" WIFI without being rude or anything like that, just blaming the website for misleading me and giving me outdated information. Daniel G. (Switzerland)
