The 36 rooms of Hotel Maxim Quartier Latin have all been recently renovated. They are all equipped with :

• Air conditioning
• Insulated glazing
• WiFi internet access
• Flat screen TV, satellite channels and Canal+
• Bathroom with shower or bathtub, vanity kit, hair dryer and toilet

There are many types of rooms available :

• 6 Classic single rooms: 75 sq. ft (7m2), with a 48'' (120cm) wide bed. They all look out over the inner courtyard's glass roof, and have a shower in the bathroom.

• 9 Superior single rooms: 85 sq. ft (8m2), with a 48'' (120cm) wide bed, and a bathroom with a shower. They look out over the inner courtyard.

• 13 Double rooms: 85 sq. ft (8m2), with a 48'' (120cm) wide bed, and a bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. They look out over the (one-way) street, but the insulated glazing keeps them quiet.

• 6 Classic twin rooms : 97 sq. ft (9m2), with two 36'' (90cm) wide beds, that can be joined to make a 72'' (180cm) wide bed. Bathrooms have either a shower or a bathtub. They look out over the inner courtyard.

• 2 Superior twin rooms : 118 sq. ft (11m2), with two 36'' (90cm) wide beds, that can be joined to make a 72'' (180cm) wide bed. Located on the hotel's sixth floor, these rooms offer a balcony with a beautiful view of Paris. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub.

Buffet breakfast will be served, from 7am to 10:30am, in a lounge located in the basement, yet bathed in natural light thanks to its glass roof. A hot and cold, sweet and salty buffet awaits you there, including hot beverages, fruit juices, cold cooked meats, dairy products, pastries. On simple request the day before, a continental breakfast can also be served directly to your room.
