Very loud hotel. Barely or not soundproofed. We couldn't sleep at night. We heard the noise from the street (front being renovated) and mostly the neighbors each time they would open the bathroom door. This isn't worth a 3 star hotel. Breakfast overpriced, 15 euros; we only got a croissant and coffee in the neighborhood.
Otherwise for the positive side: pleasant interior design, clean rooms, very good location, nice staff. johan g. (France-Nord Pas de Calais)

Front of the hotel being renovated (couldn't see the street), no parking close by, reception by the boss not pleasant/warm! (ok staff), internet in extra, found the door of my room open in the afternoon : no excuses, otherwise very nice interior design. Answer from Hotel Icone Sir, First of all, we are deeply sorry your stay in our facility was not matching your expectations. As you did notice when booking, you benefited from a very attractive price to compensate the renovation work. To park your car, the public parking lot de la Bourse is just 5 minutes walking from our hotel. Concerning the internet, and just like it is mentioned on our websites, the wifi is free in the whole facility. If you don't have a computer, a business center is available and this one is extra. I apologize here for the door of your room. The cleaning lady probably didn't slam it hard enough after being done cleaning. Best regards, szuscik a. (France-Nord Pas de Calais)

Hotel chosen for its location in the city: it (and mostly the lady receptionist) is welcoming, the style was just what we liked. Impeccably clean. The downside concerns the noise level (street and people slamming the doors of the rooms) veronique f. (France-Rhone Alpes)
