The staff is welcoming and available, on the other hand, the 3 stars of this hotel are really light and the comfort is just average, the overall design is a bit old (the bathroom could use a little renovation) and the surroundings of the hotel is quite loud (no double glazed windows) Jean-Michel C. Quiet and nicely located hotel in the heart of the busy neighborhood of Pigalle. The rooms giving on the courtyard are terrible, the ones on the street side are much nicer. The bathrooms are old and should be renovated. To sum up, the Caravelle would be a great 2 star hotel, but some rooms are not worth 3 stars. Rémi M. (France-Rhone Alpes)
