No card to get in the room (the night guard has to come with you when there is no one else), old room (dirty wall paper, stained carpet...)
Terrible soundproof in the room (you spend the night with your neighbors), TV with 4 channels properly working. The floors haven't been washed for the 3 days I was in the room. Stain on the towels... Avoid this place. Audrey P. (France-Limousin)

For 80 euros : terrible services... Door of the room not closing right, shower joints with molds, shower head leaking, shower dark with molds, dirty pipes, bed cover with a hole, stains on the sheets, terrible soundproof (I could hear my neighbor go to the bathroom and my other neighbor's TV), it felt like I slept on the sidewalk because of the noise coming from the street all night... The cleaning lady woke me up twice since there are no "Do not disturb" signs to hang on the door... I really do not recommend it! francoise L. (France-Brittany)

As a two stars hotel that's ok, a lot of restaurants around it, very clean room, friendly people next to Brochant metro station and a U store, crowded area, but it seems to be a sure zone for a tourist.

Web rates very interesting (mostly for the value for the money). An advice: ask for a room on the courtyard side for more quietness. These reviews reflect the opinion of people who stayed at the hotel after booking their stays on hotelaparis.com and who accepted to answer a feedback questionnaire.
