Sheets and covers are synthetic material which is most certainly easy to clean but colder for comfort. Really a little negative point for this comfortable and renovated room! jean baptiste c. (France-Brittany)

The room was on the ground floor, giving onto an interior courtyard, so not enough light and not very safe. The carpet needs to be changed, Canal+ only partially. Very well located hotel for a leisure stay in Paris (close to the train station and the subway). Good reception and good breakfasts. Room and bathroom clean but a bit old. fréderic h. (France-Aquitaine)

Hotel being renovated, 120 euros for a room is quite expensive for the service. The good parts of the so called superior rooms are AC and double glazed windows, the bad parts are soundproof between rooms should be checked and the carpet in the room should be cleaned or changed. The wallpaper in the stair case is very quaint, it would really need to be changed.
Otherwise, nothing to say, every one of the staff we met at the reception, in the rooms and for breakfast was very nice.

Decent, room quite wide for Paris, but design a bit old, very plain, and small bathroom of 21 to 32 sq feet, toilets added but on the other hand nicely located, about 100 yards from the gare Montparnasse and in a nice neighborhood close to busy streets with many restaurants but yet quiet (good soundproof and in a quiet street) nathalie b. Very well located hotel from the gare montparnasse. Quiet location. weak spot: we can enjoy the neighbors' noise! However, we cannot expect everything as the price is low for Paris.
