Our room and bathroom haven't been vacuumed before we got in.
After we told the reception, it has been done, the next day, in the room but not the bathroom.

Room more or less clean, in spite of the bugs wandering in the bathroom... Room on the ground floor, close to the reception and the restaurant room, very poorly soundproofed. Woken up at 7 AM, the cleaning lady trying to get in our room and not understanding why her key wasn't working! Advice: lock yourself in!!!! Plus small details like the TV not getting good reception... Well, we will not come back there!!! Answer from Clos d'Alesia I am surprised to know "bugs" were wandering in the bathroom. I would have liked you to say what kind of bugs they were. Because, in this case, they were ants that came in this bathrrom close to the patio of the hotel. This has been seen by the cleaning lady who comes in at 9 AM (so who couldn't have disturbed you at 7AM) and who did what was necessary for the problem to be solved. It's too bad you didn't say anything when you left. It is better when unhappy guests let us know, so we can fix what went wrong. We are only trying to improve the comfort for our clients and I am truly sorry that you left unhappy and without saying anything.
