Hotel New Parnasse

The hotel is clean, quiet and has a nice location. The room for one is pretty small but with such a rate is normal.

The common area are dirty, the breakfast is served in the basement with one glass of orange juice (not 2!)

Really nice hotel; the minus would be about writing down the prices of the beverages in the mini bar. We didn't see it and thought it was a present to welcome us :) A minus for not writing down the prices, but still a plus for the beverages, we liked the initiative! No soundproof at all. We could hear any noise across the hallway, thankfully we slept tight! The lift is also too small. Except for that, we spent a nice stay in this hotel, really cozy.

Old hotel. Pathetic bathroom, room also 80euros. We also stayed in another 2 star hotel the next 2 nights, in the 9th arrondissement, a room for 3 for 105 euros and really nothing like this hotel. Just amazing compared to this very hotel!

Perfect location. The room we had had been fully renovated, mostly the bathroom... The soundproof between the rooms and the hallway should also be changed...

I recommend this hotel, nicely located and clean

The staff is very helpful, the hotel is nicely located but the rooms are narrow and old fashioned, a renovation would be great.

My son and I were really happy with our stay, even more after 20 hours in a plane and a 12 hour jet lag

Very cold welcome and we had to insist to get information if we need some at the reception. Very light breakfast for the price. Nevertheless, interesting location from the train station.

The room is small and the bathroom tiny

The maintenance condition of the hotel is well cared for and gives a bad feeling about the cleanliness (filthy armchairs, cigarette holes, etc.) The room giving onto a very loud night bar is another bad thing. The staff is very caring. Quite cheap but I would not quite recommend it.

Narrow area and not so good cleaning

Very good for a couple to discover the city. Only drawback, you can't be too phobic of tiny spaces: the bathroom for instance.

Very nice staff. The hotel is well located (a couple blocks from the train station). Perfect breakfast. The only downside is the heavy cigarette smell and the bad quality pillow cases. Except that, very good hotel

Same as all the hotel in Paris in that rate range (expensive regardless) that do not have the cash to be well kept (refurbishing of the paints, the furniture, etc.) but that charge for the location. What is the difference with the Formule 1 hotels?

Good except for the breakfast

There were no towels to get dry, the rooms were not ready at 12.40, well a mediocre service, non-smiling reception... I will not come back, I was very disappointed

The general impression is good. The breakfast room decor is very nice. To be even better, it would be good to enhance the following: excessive heat in the room; bedding smelling tobacco and got to our clothes.

Staff very welcoming and nice, the building is just a bit old, but it's an interesting value for the money and location.

Excellent choice and I've liked the wifi access amongst other thing that not many more-expensive hotel offer. More particularly, I've liked the fact that the morning receptionist agreed to serve my (delicious) breakfast 30 minutes before he was supposed to (the receptionist from the day before told me the service couldn't start before 7h AM). Well done!
