I wanted to order a few drinks one evening after I saw the leaflet called "room service", but either the person at the reception didn't understand or the hotel doesn't do room service which I can't really understand. We only wanted a simple snack, cocktails and others at 11 PM, which did not ask for any preparation. The room service leaflet read the room service was however effective from 5:30 PM to 1 AM. I was very disappointed on this particular point for a 3 star hotel.

Outrageous!! I never got such a small bathroom in a 3 star hotel!! The washbasin was as small as the one in my toilets! It's the first time I can be on the toilets while taking a shower! I am very angry!
