Quite old hotel and it seems renovation work is in progress
Floors and wallpapers a bit old and worn out
Clean bathroom and sheets

Staff and owner very nice. Clean rooms.
Room to be renovated !! (paint peeling off the ceiling, paneling on the walls to hide the "mess", windows from the 70s, old carpet...)

Clean and welcoming hotel. The double room I booked was on the 5th floor, on the courtyard side. Very quiet and clean. The carpet was a bit outdated and the room would maybe need to be repainted but it was clean. The TV was working, the towels and other spotless. But the real strong point of the hotel : the very nice and pleasant staff. The owners were chatting with guests, giving information, etc. I'll come back for sure. ludovic c. The room deserves to be renovated (some wallpaper was missing on the bottom of the wall in the room, missing tiles in the bathroom, visible toilet drain, etc.
Otherwise, decent for a 2 star hotel in Paris
