Lots of negative points, the credit card device was properly working, no hot water in the morning, electric wire visible in the room, lots of dust in the toilets on the walls, no ceiling light, clean but crumpled pillow case which gives the feeling to have been used before... The cleanliness is greatly neglected (black molds in the shower, faucet leaking), bread fell on the floor and put back in the basket!
For the same price, I stayed at the IBIS SAINT DENIS SUD with services, cleanliness and comfort way better! These reviews reflect the opinion of people who stayed at the hotel after booking their stays on hotelaparis.com and who accepted to answer a feedback questionnaire.
