A few things could help : - broken tiles in the bathroom - a broken light in the bathroom - no enough samples (shampoo, soap...) - The check in and check out time are not written on the booking document - not enough wall sockets Otherwise the room was clean and very decent I am happy with my stay

Cleanliness of the bathroom and the convector heater was unsatisfactory : molds, dust, etc. Light in the bathroom defective and dangerous (unhooked from the ceiling). Unheated room upon arrival.
