The room was too small and on the 4th floor. The elevator is kinda scary. The bathroom : the shower didn't have a door therefore I splashed the whole room when showering even the toilet seat. The floor stayed damp. Finally, the rate was too high. Georges M. (Canada)

To get back on your comments, and to let you know that room service is not mentioned in our services. About the carpets, know that we just refurbished 27 rooms and this year some massive renovation work is planned, therefore if you thought the carpet was "filthy", we are dearly sorry and will do anything we can to satisfy our clients.
