Residence Only Suites puts at your disposal 121 design suites, are decorated and set with functionality, modernity, sobriety and warmth in mind, and are spread across the 5 floors of the building :
• T2 Suites with a 390 ft² (36m²) surface area, they have one double room but can accommodate up to 4 persons.
• T3 Suites with a 785 ft² (73m²) surface area, they have two double rooms but can accommodate up to 6 persons - they are also perfect for a family of 4.
• All suites are air conditioned and soundproofed. They have a phone, WiFi internet access, an individual safe, a flat screen TV with satellite channels and PayTV.
• In the kitchen corner, the following appliances are installed: a glass-ceramic cooktop, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an extractor hood, a kettle, and a toaster.
• The living room includes a two-seater couch, a desk with a chair, a coffee table...
• The bathroom has a bathtub, a heated towel rail and a hair dryer.
5 T2 suites and 2 T3 suites provides access for disabled people.
All suites and shared areas are non smoking.
Besides the fact that breakfast can be served to your suite, you can also enjoy it at the breakfast buffet in the lounge.
Residence Only Suites has an underground parking, and has a free bus service going to and from all Roissy CDG airport terminals and also the RER (regional express railway) train station.
Another bus service can take you to the Villepinte Convention Center, for a fee.
