The location is perfect but the hotel is quite old and badly soundproofed (avoid room 31 by the elevator) and the rooms are pretty small. It isn't worth the price. Thierry P. (France-Provence Alpes Côte d'azur)

Room too small and the bathroom ridiculously tiny with water coming back up the pipe.
Overpriced breakfast. Answer from Hotel Welcome Sir, For your information the double rooms located on the street side, rue de seine, are a bit bigger and also quieter. Some rooms have bigger bathroom, you need to ask for it when booking and we'll do our best to answer your will. The breakfast is extra and optional, you may have your breakfast elsewhere, close to the hotel. Note that there is no air conditioning so the rooms can be steamy. Nevertheless, the value for money is still very attractive, mainly in this neighborhood. I'll certainly stay there again. christophe d. (France-Provence Alpes Côte d'azur)
