The Residence & Spa Le Prince Regent has, in a 18th century building luxuriously renovated into apartment hotel, 15 refined apartments in a contemporary style, luxuriously decorated and with the most modern equipment.

All the apartments are equipped with :

The apartments range in 6 categories : The "Sensuel" studios are double rooms of 260 sq. feet on the ground floor, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of the Residence. They are equipped with a design bathroom with a shower and a 160 sq. feet main room, with a double bed or twin beds and a kitchenette.

The "Charmeur" 2 room Suites are suites located on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor of the Residence. They 270 sq. feet living area give onto the interior garden, the room is separated and has a double bed, the living room has a sofa bed, the bathroom a shower except for the suite on the ground floor which has a bathtub.

The "Nuit Blanche" 3 room Suite, 375 sq. feet, renovated in 2011 has a very modern equipment. This prestigious suite, with a pure design is located on the ground floor of the residence and has 2 rooms, a private terrace, a bathroom with a shower, a 41 inches LED TV and a smartphone dock.

The "Elegant" 3 room suites, 860 sq. feet wide, are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor of the Residence. They have a big living room / dining room, 2 rooms with double beds, a bathroom with a tub and 2 separated toilets.

The "Flaneur" 3 room Duplex, 670 sq. feet wide is on the top floor of the Residence. It has a big 430 sq. feet living room / dining room with a double orientation on the courtyard and the street, an open plan kitchen fully equipped a 140 sq. feet room with a bathroom and separated toilets and upstairs, a big 195 sq. feet double room, an adjacent office and a bathroom with a tub.

Finally, the "Perle" 4 room Duplex on 1185 sq. feet area, located on the top floor of the Residence. It has a big 325 sq. feet living room / dining room, an independent kitchen with an area to eat, a room with a double bed and its adjacent bathroom and separated toilets, upstairs, a room with a double bed, an open space with twin beds as well as a bathroom with toilets.


To start off the day on the right foot, the Residence & Spa Le Prince Regent serves a tasty breakfast, served from 7 to 10 AM in a new breakfast room, le bar of the Spa.


Finally, to relax and feel good, the hotel has a beautiful Spa, the Spa 28. Guests may get in for free from 10 Am to 2 PM, Tuesdays through Saturdays. After 2 PM, the Spa is available for the guests who made a reservation for cares.

Note that the pool isn't available for children under 16 years old.
